supporting children, parents, and families.
I bring both professional work, training , and lived experience into my work.
I’m a BACP-registered integrative counsellor with over 20 years of experience. Before training as a counsellor, I spent many years working with vulnerable children and families, which taught me the value of empathy, patience, and understanding — qualities I now bring into every session.
I offer holistic counselling, supporting the mind, body, and spirit, including the way your gut and brain work together to affect your emotions and wellbeing. I draw on approaches that are trusted and evidence-based, including Gestalt, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, person-centred therapy, and somatic and spiritual practices.
I work in English, Urdu, Patwari, and Punjabi, so you can feel comfortable expressing yourself in the language that feels most natural to you. If you feel ready to talk, I’d be glad to hear from you — reach out and we can take the first step together.
